The fog is beginning to lift and the clouds are starting to clear. I am so grateful for the gentleness, compassion and kindness so many have shown me over the past couple of weeks since I admitted how I’ve been feeling and sought proper help.
And it’s such a relief to feel like I am slowly returning to myself. Especially just in time for a week off in which I have few plans other than drinking coffee, eating cake and lazily reading rubbish. Oh, and maybe one or two DIY projects and some autumnal gardening. Bliss.
